The journey that has led me where I am today has taken many twists and turns – some expected and some not so much!  With those twists and turns, I am confident that every God-directed step of that path has been and continues to be a huge part of what allows me to walk with humility and gratitude with others who are brave enough to actively participate in their own journeys…..because let’s face it – this life is not always a walk in the park!

Sometimes it is not easy for us to recognize the “next right thing,” much less to actually follow through with it!  For this reason, I consider it a privilege to come alongside my clients to embrace curiosity, encourage sober awareness, and challenge active engagement in the discovery of the “next right thing” for them.

I am a process-driven, people-minded coach!…..Which means to say, that while I love structure and how it can catapult goals into outcomes – I am aware that with too much structure, it can become somewhat of a cage, and that in turn severs all freedom and creativity!  So, I listen to my clients through filters that help guide me in tailoring individual plans based on personal constructs.  (I didn’t mean to for that to sound so technical, but it is true….)

I am always honored to work with clients who are ready to make a change – whether that is through Enneagram assessment and coaching, individual or family life coaching, strategic and organizational business consulting, individualized workshops, or through my own ©Heart Walk course.  We can all benefit from change…as C.S. Lewis said, “You are never too old to set another goal or dream a new dream.”

And….I have a BIG ole’ sense of humor!  Just saying – we will laugh together too!
